Good afternoon,
Matsui Nursery is generously donating more orchids to us today. The orchid giveaway takes place in front of the Volunteer Auxiliary this afternoon from 3:30pm to 5:30pm and again tomorrow morning for the night shift from 6:30am to 7:30am.
It is very important that we all practice precautions to make this giveaway as safe as possible:
- One (1) orchid per person.
- Please stand 6 feet apart while waiting for your orchid.
- You must bring your orchid to your car. Orchids are not allowed inside the hospital.
- No orchids for patients.
We have 1,000 orchids to giveaway. If you need to come during your shift start/end we will have plenty to do so.
Attached is today’s Situation Report for the County. As we and other local hospitals expand our testing capabilities, we may see an increase in positive test results. We believe that what’s more important to look at is the number of hospitalizations, which continue to be low throughout the county.
